We've got a great selection, and we're not biased (promise!), so here are a few highlights!
Magic In the Moonlight (12A) - Fri 7, Sat 8 & Mon 10 Nov, 7.30pm & Mon 10 Nov, 2pm
A classic winter warmer, as this film jets us off to the sunny French Rivera with the lovable Colin Firth, who plays a master magician looking to unmask a fake psychic medium. Based in the 1920s, this rom-com is promised to warm our cockles with love, fun and sun... and a tad bit of jealousy.
Ida (12A) - Wed 12 & Thurs 13 Nov, 7.30pm & Thurs 13 Nov, 2pm
This sensitive drama situates in 1960s Poland, focusing on a young Catholic novice who is on the verge of taking her vows, when she discovers a dark family secret dating back to the years of the Nazi occupation. This tender and bleak film reveals a dark portrait of post war Poland.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 (cert tbc) - Fri 19, Sat 20 & Mon 22 Dec, 7.30pm
A great feature film, based on the famous book by Suzanne Collins. Following on from the thrilling finale of Catching Fire, Katniss Everdeen is in District 13 after she shatters the games forever. Soon she finds herself in peril once again when she is labelled as the face of rebellion against the autocratic Capitol! A brilliant one for the fans and adventure seekers!
Nativity 3: Dude Where's My Donkey? (cert tbc) - Mon 22 & Wed 24 Dec, 2pm
And here comes the Christmas feature for all the family, with more merry mayhem at St Bernadette's primary school. This festive film sees the cast on a trip to New York in efforts to save their annual Nativity show! Heart-warming and all-round lovely, with some great names, including: Martin Clunes, Catherine Tate and Celia Imrie!
The King and the Mockingbird (U) - Fri 2 & Mon 5 Jan, 2pm
A beautiful animation, and a great opportunity to see something a little bit different to the Disney classics. Adapted from a Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale, a tyrannical King owns paintings which magically come to life after dark. One night, two characters climb out from a painting and flee from the castle! Full of wit and charm, it's an absolute treat for children of all ages!
